What the Hell is the World Coming to

What the hell is happening in the world? Every day, it seems like there’s something new to worry about. The political situation is a mess, the environment is in decline, and social media is full of negativity. It can be hard to stay positive when it feels like the world is falling apart. But we can’t give up hope. We have to remember that we’re all in this together and that things can get better if we work for it.

I don’t even know anymore. Every day, it feels like the world is getting crazier and crazier. I feel like I can’t even keep up with all the news because it’s all so unbelievable. I used to think that things were getting better, that we as a species were making progress. But now, I’m not so sure. It seems like every day there’s a new story about some act of violence or hatred or intolerance.

And it’s really starting to wear on me. I don’t know what the future holds but right now, I’m just feeling really discouraged about the state of the world.

What is the World Coming to

The world is coming to an end. The Mayans said so. They were right about the other stuff, weren’t they? I mean, they invented the calendar and everything. So we’re all going to die on December 21, 2012. It’s just a matter of time. Or is it? Some people say that the world isn’t actually going to end. That it’s just a big misunderstanding.

That the Mayans were actually talking about some other event that’s going to happen in 2012, like a new age or something. But who knows for sure? Personally, I think we’re all doomed.

I mean, look at the state of the world today. There’s war and famine and disease and natural disasters and political unrest everywhere you look. It seems like things are just getting worse and worse every day.

And don’t even get me started on global warming! The ice caps are melting, sea levels are rising…it’s only a matter of time before our planet is completely uninhabitable! So what can we do?

Well, there’s not much we can do to stop the world from ending (if that’s indeed what’s going to happen). But we can try to make the best of the time we have left. We can cherish our relationships with our loved ones, help those in need however we can, and try to make this world a better place while we still can. Who knows? Maybe there’s still hope for us yet. Or maybe this really is the end of days…

Conclusion

In his blog post, “What the Hell is the World Coming to,” author Matt Walsh asks some hard-hitting questions about society today. He starts by talking about how we’ve become a nation that is obsessed with entertainment and pleasure while turning a blind eye to important issues. We’ve become people who would rather watch reality TV than read a book or have an intelligent conversation.

And we’re quick to judge others while being unwilling to look at our own shortcomings. Walsh then goes on to talk about how we’ve become a country that’s more concerned with making money than doing what’s right. We put profits over people, and it’s leading us down a dark path.

We’re becoming a nation of consumers instead of citizens, and it’s not healthy for anyone involved. In conclusion, Walsh asks us to think about where we’re headed as a society and whether or not we’re happy with the direction things are going in. It’s an insightful piece that will make you think twice about the world around you.
