What Inspired You to Start the Cluck Food Truck

In 2012, I was living in Los Angeles and working as a chef at a restaurant. I was also going to school to get my degree in business. I had always dreamed of owning my own restaurant, but the cost of starting a brick-and-mortar business was just too high.

That’s when I had the idea to start a food truck. I started doing some research and found that food trucks were a great way to start your own business without having to spend a lot of money. Plus, they’re really fun!

I decided that I wanted to start a chicken-focused food truck because chicken is my favorite food. I named my truck “Cluck” and set out to create the best chicken dishes that I could. We’ve been open for four years now and we’ve been serving up delicious chicken dishes to happy customers every day.
